Love was in the stars Saturday for Hollywood couples who chose that day to tie the knot. USA TODAY checks out three of the celebrity duos who now have July 10 wedding anniversaries.
Underwood-Fisher
Music and sports go together. Just ask Carrie Underwood and her Ottawa Senator, Mike Fisher. The couple threw a Southern fete to celebrate their nuptials at the Ritz-Carlton Lodge in Greensboro, Ga. The country music star, 27, and her hockey player beau, 30, wed in front of 250 guests in a ceremony featuring classical music and their favorite Bible readings, reports People magazine. "We could not feel more blessed to have found each other and to have shared this day with our friends and family that mean so much to us!" the couple told People in a joint statement, signing their names as "Mike & Carrie Fisher." Underwood wore a custom designed Chantilly lace dress by Monique Lhuillier, who also designed the bridesmaids' dresses. The pair, who dated for about a year, were engaged Dec. 20.
Krasinksi-Blunt
The Office's John Krasinskimarried British actress Emily Blunt in a private ceremony in Italy. Blunt walked down the aisle in a custom Marchesa Bridal cream chiffon, sweetheart, draped gown with embroidered detail. Krasinski, 30, and Blunt, 27, began dating in 2008 and were engaged in August 2009.
Lawrence-Gibbs
Actor Martin Lawrence and longtime girlfriend Shamicka Gibbs were married in a backyard ceremony at their Beverly Hills home, reports People.com, which adds that their daughters, Amara, 7, and Iyanna, 9, and Lawrence's daughter Jasmine, 14, from a previous marriage, were flower girls. After the ceremony, Lawrence, 45, and Gibbs, 35, had a family-style celebration. Guests included Eddie Murphy and Denzel Washington.
